  • Seeking a Master's degree holder and certified BCBA with experience in ABA therapy. Key qualifications include leadership skills, ability to develop treatment plans, proficiency in Spanish or ASL, and reliable transportation. Join us to lead and innovate in ABA therapy.

  • We're looking for enthusiastic BTs/RBTs with an Associate degree and experience in ABA/Behavior Modification. Meet the FUN Team

  • MBA, BCBA, LBA Owner /Director

    Tammy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of CT. She has 20+ years experience in the human service arena. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and a minor in education from Mount Holyoke College located in South Hadley, MA. She received her first Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield University located in Westfield, MA. She received her MBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovative Practices from Bay Path University located in Longmeadow, MA in November 2019.

    Tammy has been a Director for foster care and adult services. In addition, she has extensive experience with complex trauma, school consultation, and mental health and substance abuse. Tammy has also provided national trainings and conferences about various behavioral modification and trauma informed practices. Tammy is an AKC licensed dog show judge and an avid scuba diver. Her favorite dives are with sharks. Tammy is involved with pet therapy with her locally famous dog "Boo". Tammy also spends her free time at dog training classes for obedience and handling. As a child, Tammy was a professional actress and singer and has passions for creative and performing arts. One of her favorite jobs was running a therapeutic farm for foster children and children and adults with various differences.

  • Center Manager

    Makenna is a former Special Education teacher, graduating from University of St. Joseph in 2016 with her degree in Special Education K-12 and Elementary Education K-6. Her professional background is in tiered intervention, Applied Behavior Analysis and trauma-informed, therapeutic crisis intervention. She has worked with students aged 3-21 on academic skills, daily living skills, communication, social skills and emotional regulation and coping strategies.

    Makenna spent 20 years training in Taekwondo, and helped to create TKD for ASD, a taekwondo program which offers individual and ASD group classes to students with autism. It has been extremely rewarding for her over the years to see students that started in private lessons progress to ASD group classes and onto typical classes where they have achieved their black belts after many years of hard work.

    In her free time Makenna enjoys being out in the sun, rock climbing, binge-watching the latest Netflix series, lounging with her cats and attempting to crochet!

  • Scheduler

    Hello! My name is Lexy. I have worked in the field of ABA for four years now. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development and Education. First I began working as a preschool teacher, and then moved into working as a Behavior Therapist as my passion for helping children with autism grew. I enjoyed the connections I made with clients and families so much that I decided to move into this position so I could help plan and organize the services that are so life-changing for so many families. In my free time I enjoy hiking, traveling, finding new restaurants and being on the water.

  • M.A., BCBA, LBA Clinical Director

    Juliane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of CT. former Special Education teacher of 6 years where she specialized in teaching her students academics, life skills and vocational skills while collaborating with several BCBAs along the way for behavioral support. Juliane obtained her Bachelor's degree at Central Connecticut State University where she played Division 1 Softball for 4 years. Juliane then graduated from University of Saint Joseph where she obtained her Master of Arts in Special Education.

    She then went on to pursue her coursework in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She obtained her BCBA certification in March 2021. From 2011-2019, Juliane was an assistant coach for a travel softball team as well as was a private pitching instructor for young athletes looking to pursue collegiate softball. Juliane’s interests and hobbies include: enjoying sunny days on our boat, playing with my two dogs, Levi and Peyton, and spending quality time with people she loves!

  • BCBA, LBA, Clinician

    Kayla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of CT. She received her BCBA certification in May of 2023. Kayla is a former Speech and Language Assistant of 6 years where her goal was always making sure therapy was a fun, yet meaningful experience to each individual.

    Kayla obtained her Bachelor’s degree at Elm’s College in 2016 in Communication and Science Disorders. During her time there, she danced on their school team for a year, played softball in her hometown and worked as a nanny. She went back to school in 2020 and graduated Western Connecticut State University in 2022 with a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. During her time at WCSU, she worked as a full-time SLPA ands part time as a behavioral therapist, where she found her passion for the field of ABA.

    Kayla has a love for owls, music and sweet treats, especially ice cream! In her spare time, you can find her with spending quality time with friends/family, golfing with her husband, or taking short trips to the shoreline, where she enjoys just being near the water.

  • Lead RBT/Center Assistant

    Janelle Fako is the Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Fun 2B Free. She is passionate about helping neurodiverse populations. Janelle began her journey into ABA working in group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. She loves children and transitioning into ABA was the perfect choice for her. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University in January of 2024. Her goal is to continue her educational journey and obtain a master’s degree in ABA so she can complete the supervised fieldwork hours to become a BCBA. Janelle lives with her long-term significant other and five-year-old son in Hartford. When she has free time (which is in short supply), she enjoys doing needlepoint crafts.

  • MA, Clinical Associate

    Sarah is a Clinical Associate at Fun 2B Free Therapies. She has experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with children with Autism in centers, in home, and school based. She obtained her Master of Education: Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis; Autism Spectrum Disorder track at California University of Pennsylvania, in December of 2022. She completed her supervision hours for BCBA here at Fun 2B Free in September of 2023 and is preparing to test for BCBA licensure in the state of CT.

    Sarah was born and raised in Connecticut, and grew up with a love for all animals, and nurtured that love for animals as an adult with her own small farm in her backyard that she shares with her husband and children. At her farm she has (had) chickens, ducks, goats, cows and a miniature horse, along with her indoor pets; dogs, cats and fish! She also has a love for kids, having 6 of her own, who have learned an invaluable life lesson how to help care for and raise farm animals.

    During her free time you will most likely find her year round at one of her kids soccer games or track meets, spending time with family, swimming or doing other outdoor activities during the warmer months. She loves her job, and helping families and children to live their best and happiest lives.

  • B.A. Team Coordinator

    Adrianne has extensive expertise and experience working with children, families and staff in every aspect of human services. Whether working as a Clinician ( BCABA), Assistant Director, Program Manager, Quality Assurance and Control, Liaison to government agencies, and yes, the list goes on.... Adrianne is our 'GOTO' person!!! She brings empathy, confidence, calm, and compassion to working with our families to ensure that their voice is not only heard, but honored, respected, and validated.

    Adrianne's skill set is so vast, that she is part of every aspect of Fun 2B Free, and there is no goal, challenge, or dream that she cannot bring to fruition. YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS with Adrianne in your court. When not dedicating herself to the service of others, she can be found playing with her two fabulous Pitties- Xander and Zaria, spending time gardening and hanging out with friends and when it comes to FUN... she is unparalleled.

  • Director of Fun Patrol

    Boo and Tammy are a therapy team and have been registered with Pet Partners International. Wherever Tammy goes Boo is usually in tow. She has worked with foster children, at an outpatient mental health clinic, after school programs, day programs for adults with ASD and intellectual and developmental differences, and most recently the therapy team for private mental health school.

    She is part of the F2BF team and is full of spunk and loves meeting new people. Boo always brings a smile to whoever crosses her path. She is super excited to meet you!

  • Therapy Dog in Training

    Boo works part-time at the center while he is in training. He loves children of all ages and works hard for snuggles and pets.
